Many retailers have very specific rules for processing returns or filing defective goods claims or complaints. Others will ask you to contact us directly.

This step will ensure that we process your return smoothly and completely. We are not able to accept returns that arrive unannounced.
Requests for refunds in the form of original payment and requests for return credits are classified as pending until the merchandise is received and the quantity and condition are confirmed.
