Little Colorado guarantees the quality and workmanship of the products we make, and your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal!
When you buy one of our products through one of our many retail partners (both brick and mortar and ecommerce) we would ask that you make your initial contact through them. Many of them have very specific rules for processing returns or for filing defective goods claims or complaints. Others will ask you to contact us directly.
If you find it necessary to return an item that was purchased directly from us through our website, please contact customer service at email@example.com so we can anticipate the return. This step will ensure that your return is processed smoothly and completely. We are not able to accept returns that arrive unannounced.
Requests for refunds in the form of original payment and requests for return credits are classified as pending until the merchandise is received and the quantity and condition are confirmed.
