Guarantee and Returns
Little Colorado guarantees the quality and workmanship of the products we make, and your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
When you buy our products through one of our many retail partners (both brick and mortar and e-commerce) we ask that you address your initial contact to them. Many retailers have very specific rules for processing returns or filing defective goods claims or complaints. Others will ask you to contact us directly.
We do accept returns for items purchased directly from our website for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. Please contact customer service at email@example.com to initiate the return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We are not able to accept returns that arrive unannounced.
Requests for refunds in the form of original payment and requests for return credits are classified as pending until the merchandise is received and the quantity and condition are confirmed. Examine your shipment carefully when it arrives. Please contact us within 15 days to report your receipt of any damaged items at email@example.com.
If a product purchased directly from us proves to be defective in normal use within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace the merchandise. Please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
